A business data licensing partner for Muse

Our simple proposal

Culture Cortex wants a paid contract with Meta to find businesses from culturally underrepresented communities that want to license their business data for Muse or other approved Meta AI uses.

01

What Culture Cortex will do

We find interested businesses, check that they have the right to share their data, and bring qualified opportunities to Meta.

02

What Meta will do

Meta tells us what types of data it needs, reviews the opportunities, and decides which businesses and datasets it wants to license.

03

Who gets paid

Businesses are paid for approved data licenses. Culture Cortex is paid for finding, preparing, and managing the deals under agreed contract terms.

The goal: Give more businesses a chance to earn from data they legally own, while helping Meta access useful business knowledge and diverse experiences.

The business arrangement

How the partnership would work

  1. 1

    Meta sets the needs

Meta shares the types of business data it would consider buying and the permitted ways it would use that data.

  2. 2

    Culture Cortex finds businesses

We recruit eligible owners and operators from communities that have been underrepresented in AI business opportunities.

  3. 3

    We check the data

We confirm ownership, permission, quality, and privacy requirements. We do not send private customer or employee information without proper legal rights.

  4. 4

    Meta chooses what to license

Meta reviews approved summaries or samples and decides whether to offer a paid license.

Meta sets the needs→Culture Cortex finds businesses→We check the data→Meta chooses what to license→Both parties earn from completed deals

Eligibility

What data might qualify?

For example: historical restaurant operations, product catalogs, inventory trends, media archives, advertising results, and other rights-cleared business records. Meta would decide what is useful.

Operations

How Culture Cortex would operate

A secure, cloud-based workspace would help track businesses, data rights, Meta approvals, signed licenses, and payments. It is a proposed tool, not an existing integration with Muse.

Where we start

We want to start in the restaurant and hospitality space.

It is the industry our team knows best. We would recruit restaurants, bars, catering companies, and hospitality groups with historical operations data they legally own — and Meta decides what is worth licensing.

Proposed deal points

What we are asking Meta to agree to

A paid sourcing contract

Meta engages Culture Cortex to recruit and qualify businesses with potentially useful data.

Clear payments

Businesses are paid for approved data licenses. Culture Cortex earns agreed sourcing, success, and account-management fees. Rates are negotiated before work begins.

Rules for using the data

Each license says exactly what Meta can use, for which products, how long, whether AI training is allowed, and what rights remain with the business.

Business protections

No business must provide data without permission or a clear agreement. Privacy, security, confidentiality, and legal rights come first.

Start with one small paid pilot

Meta selects two or three data categories — starting with restaurant and hospitality. Culture Cortex recruits an initial group of qualified businesses. Meta reviews a short list and licenses only the data it wants. Then we discuss a larger contract.

The meeting request

A meeting with the Meta team that buys or licenses external data for Muse and other Meta AI products, to discuss a paid sourcing agreement and a first pilot.

Why this is worth discussing

Meta has publicly introduced Muse and its Enterprise Platform, and has announced content partnerships. These are reasons to explore a deal, not proof that Meta is buying this type of business data today.
